• We currently ship only within India.
• Every piece is handmade to order — your order ships once it is fully paid for.
• Once your order ships, we'll share the tracking ID and photos of the packed item with you.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only.

Returns & replacements

• As each item is handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns.
• If your item arrives damaged, we're happy to replace it — just reach out to us within 7 days of the product arriving.
• When you contact us, please include photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can sort it out quickly.
